no-sugar challenge

Call us “sucrophobic”, but many of us believe that stopping eating sugar can give us a better life. We have started a “one week or more of no sugar” challenge. The hidden motive is to stay longer away from sugar 🙂

The challenge involves keeping sugar away from the meals you prepare as well as avoiding foods with added sugar – such as most baked items, soft drinks, chocolates, ice creams… You get the point.

The challenge is in force from April 2014. We have not announced any prizes yet, but you never know!

This challenge involves pushing yourself in something positive in active life each time and doing better than before – whether it’s losing weight, running faster or longer or learning a new sport.

Do better than before! Report to us about your new challenge, how you plan to conquer it and do share once you’ve done it. We will start rewarding such challenges soon, so get on board!
